July 4th 2011

July 4Th 2011 found us in Blanding, this year the 4Th was on Monday, so we spend all night Sunday baking, this year Mandy and Thomas live in Monticello, they live in this beautiful little house, they are remodeling their kitchen, they have 2 convection ovens... I had help, Natalie, and Kelsey helped me this year. The plan this year was to make 100 loaves, i figured that with the 2 ovens we could do that easily. We started at 7pm and around 3am i was dead, lol i could tell that my helpers were struggling, haha so we decided to take a nap. total we made 75 loaves haha.

We set up, and sold all 75 loaves within 3 hours.

Thanks to all the people that bought Bread this year!

Advertising

I have always advertised by only word of mouth, so far it has been pretty good for me. Its actually the best way to do it. The best way to advertise is by giving out samples to people, and let them do the talking. :) I would like to thank everyone that has tasted my bread and told someone about it. You all are awesome! This is something new i am trying, we shall see if it helps out. (the picture is of the back my truck)
